Reconciliation Syllabus: a TRC-inspired gathering of materials for teaching law

https://reconciliationsyllabus.wordpress.com

“Reconciliation Syllabus” is an invitation to law professors across Canada to gather together ideas about resources and pedagogies that might support recommendation #28 of the TRC Calls to Action: the call for us to rethink both what and how we teach in our schools. Reconciliation Syllabus is helmed by CNLH members Rebecca Johnson and Gillian Calder from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law.

Project Pedagogy: Strategies for Exploring Creativity, Imagination, and Empathy in Law School

https://onlineacademiccommunity.uvic.ca/projectpedagogy/

Project Pedagogy is a collaboratively curated place for student work to be part of an ongoing conversation about law, part of a creative intellectual commons. It is also a place teachers of law to speak about the learning they have done through engagement with these projects. The building of a community requires the building of connections, the sharing of insights and the creation of a place where people can gather. We hope this blog can be just a spot. Project Pedagogy is helmed by CNLH members Rebecca Johnson and Gillian Calder from the University of Victoria Faculty of Law.
